What is a text Inserter?
A CCTV Camera Text Inserter is installed together with CCTV security cameras (Analog/HD analog/IP CCTV camera), as well as POS system, or cash register, to record the transaction texts which are inserted into the security camera video for living monitoring and recording. In other words, a text inserter captures and superimposes cash receipt transaction data onto live video with the cashier activities recorded on the surveillance systems. With the text inserter, a shop owner will be able to double check transactions and will have records of any unauthorized transactions. The records are kept as long as the CCTV camera video footages are stored.
The benefit of having the text inserter is:

- resolve disputes
- monitor the transaction, or end-of-day report remotely, etc
Take a look at how the screen looks like after installing the text inserter (with conventional 700TVL analog CCTV camera and Quorion Cash Register QMP50). The display text will disappear after 10 seconds after there is no more transaction.
