Remote Support, Remote Assistance, CCTV, Door Access
Most of the time, common internet related issues can be solved via our remote assistance. Here is how to do that:
1. Please use only computer (desktop or laptop) to follow these instructions, NOT mobile devices or iPad. You need to be in the same local network as your CCTV, or Door access control system.
2. CLICK HERE FOR Support via Teamviewer. The Teamviewer software should be downloaded automatically. Sometimes it might take up to 2-3 mins to download the software.
3. Run the software you have downloaded at step 2 (no need to install, run it only)
4. Give us a call (65-63279051), or initiate an online chat with the chatbox at the bottom right corner, tell us your “Your ID” and “Password” shown on the screen.
That will be all. Just leave the rest of the work to us!
